PM. PIECE OF WORK: <br />1 ST USE ALL AVAILABLE STATION REPORTS, BY FIFO (FIRST IN FIRST <br />OUT, BASE REPORT TIME OF SPLIT STATION REPORT ON THE PM <br />REPORT TIME.) <br />2ND CONTACT AM STRAIGHT OPERATORS. <br />3RD USE AVAILABLE PART-TIME OPERATORS. <br />4TH USE DISPATCHER AND PERHAPS SWITCH WITH ANOTHER DRIVER <br />BASED UPON THE SITUATION. <br />STH SWITCH PIECES WITH ANOTHER DRIVER AND EVENTUALLY CUT <br />SOME PIECE WORK. <br />THE MANAGEMENT OF THE NOMBL HAS THE ULTIMATE RESPONSIBILITY TO DIRECT <br />THE WORK FORCE IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER AND TO PROVIDE THE GENERAL PUBLIC <br />AND TAXPAYERS WITH THE MANDATED SCHEDULED LEVELS OF PUBLIC TRANSIT <br />SERVICES. <br />IT IS RECOGNIZED THAT SPECIAL SITUATIONS MAY OCCUR AND AS A RESULT DECISIONS <br />WILL BE MADE TO MEET THE OBLIGATIONS OF NOMBL AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC TRANSIT <br />SERVICES WHICH MAY DIFFER FROM THE PROCEDURES OUTLINED ABOVE. <br />32 <br />?.. ., ,,. ?. . .?????,?,???.?•????=?:? . ?. ???- . ? ? ? ,? .. ,
