office of the Property Maintenance Officer during regular business hours. <br />(c) Annual Review of Code Provisions and Ouerations. The Property Maintenance Officer <br />shall, in the month of 7anuary of each year, review with the Fire Chief, the City Engineer, and the <br />Director of Law the procedure and operation of this Code, and report to Council on or before March <br />15: <br />(1) Any recommended amendment, addition or modification of a <br />provision of this Code consonant with the field experience of the <br />personnel chazged with enforcement; <br />(2) A summary of the time sequence enforcement experience <br />indicating the number of violations abated, the number of cases <br />processed in the Municipal Court, the number of inspections made <br />and such other and further pertinent information as will provide <br />Council with an annual account of progress in securing the <br />standards required by this Code; and <br />(3) Any further recommendation as to how this Code and the <br />procedures and operations hereunder can be improved. <br />1363.11 STATUS REPORTS FOR USE BY INTERESTED PARTIES. <br />(a) Aolication for Status Renort• Where, in lieu of an inspection, an owner, operator, <br />occupant, lessee, bona fide prospective purchaser, mortgagee or bona fide prospective occupant <br />request a status report as to whether or not there are any known violations presently pending on <br />certain premises, upon payment of the fee prescribed herein and the written request, a copy of <br />any notice or order on any violation then pending shall be sent to the applicant. <br />(b) Significance and Sc.one of Status R%=• No status report under subsection (a) hereof <br />shall be construed as providing a defense against any violation of this Code or any other <br />ordinance of the City which may be discovered thereafter, whether or not the condition or <br />violation existed at the time of any such status report. The status report is provided as a <br />convenience to the public and shall not constitute a limitation on the full enforcement of this <br />Code. The status report shall include only such matters as aze embraced in this Code. <br />(c) Sta.tus Renort Fee. The fee for any status report or copy thereof under subsection (a) <br />hereof sha11 be four dollars ($4.00). <br />(d) Liability of City, Neither the City nor any of its agents shall be liable to any owner <br />or subsequent purchaser of real property for violations of this Code. <br />1363.12 SEPARABII,ITY. <br />If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or word contained in this <br />Code is declazed invalid for any reason, such decision sha11 not affect the remaining portions of <br />this Code which shall remain in full force and effect, and to this end the provisions of this Code <br />;.Yw-0.:s.an,.> ..a. , ,.. <Ny. vn.-u ...... .... i _'?F??N 1P .,n.4S` .Ci'N'S^° " ..... . . .. . ...?.... ,. . . . .
