<br />- 22 - <br />50. This Consent Decree in no way limits or affects any <br />right of entry and inspection held by The United States or the <br />State pursuant to applicable federal or state laws, regulations, <br />or permits. <br />BIV. TERMINATION <br />51. After North Olmsted has maintained continuous <br />compliance with the Act, its applicable NPDES Permit, O.R.C. <br />Chapter 6111 and this Consent Decree for a period of one (1) year <br />after the date of entry of this Consent Decree, and has paid the <br />civil penalty and any accrued stipulated penalties as required by <br />the Consent Decree, North Olmsted shall have the right to <br />petition the Court for termination of this Consent Decree.
