YEAR BO.D TSS <br />1995 $0.36/lb. $0.41/lb <br />1996 $039/lb. $0.45/lb <br />1997 $0.45/lb $0.50/lb <br />1998 and after $0.50/lb $0.56/lb <br />SF.rTION 3: Consistent with Section 917.04 of the Codified Ordinances, the following fees shall <br />be reflected on bills rendered to each industrial waste discharger served by the system during the <br />periods indicated to pay costs of the City's pretreatment program: <br />YEAR ('OST PER YEAR <br />1995 $660 <br />1996 $720 <br />1997 $780 <br />1998 and after $850 <br />SECTION 4• That existing Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances and Ordinance No. 94-120 <br />passed September 30, 1994 shall be and the same are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 5: Tliat it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in formal <br />actions were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements, including <br />Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 6: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the <br />immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, of the City and for the further <br />reason that it is immediately necessary to establish revised sewer service charges for use of the <br />municipal sanitary sewerage system in order to maintain its financial stability; wherefore, this <br />ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and immediately after its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />.. - , ?, ..
