CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 95- 21 <br />By: Mayor Boyle <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING TBE ORGANIZATION AND <br />COMPOSTTION OF THE NON-UNIFORM, PART-TIlVIE PERSONNEL <br />OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish a complement of non- <br />uniform, part-time personnel. <br />NOW, TI-EREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY T'HE COUNCIL OF TBE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Organizational Chart for the non-uniform, part-time Police <br />Department personnel of the City of North Olmsted and the salary ranges be as follows: <br />(a) School Guards <br />$5.72 Per Hour First Year <br />6.93 Per Hour Second Year <br />(b) Auxiliary Police <br />(c) I?ispatchers <br />(d) Off-duty Electrical <br />Maintenance <br />$5.72 Per Hour First Year <br />6.93 Per Hour Second Year <br />$7.32 TO $11.50 Per Hour <br />$8.52 TO $11.84 Per Hour <br />SECTION 2: That the salary ranges and amounts established for the year 1995 <br />will be effective retroactive to January 1, 1995. Salaries specified in this ordinance shall <br />be paid by the Director of Finance on a bi-weekly basis. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance hereby repeals any and all Ordinances or parts <br />of Ordinances or Resolutions inconsistent herewith. <br />
