The following signage shall be exempt from these sign regulations: (a) All signage within the Great Northern Development Area shall be exempted from these sign regulations until December 31, 1991. In the interim, all signage within the Great Northern Development Area shall be regulated by the provisions of the current Chapter 1163 (Signs, passed by Ordinances 80-55, 82-124 and 83-136) as administered by the Building Official.
