CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 95-07 <br />BY: Mayor Edwazd Boyle <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NEW AND REVISED <br />CHAPTER 1321 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES <br />ENTITLED "PERMIT AND INSPECTION FEES" AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />WREREAS, this Council believes that, from time to time, it is necessary to review with <br />the Building Commissioner the permit and inspection fees charged by the City relating to the <br />Building Department; and <br />WHEREAS, that upon the recommendation of the Building Commissioner it is the belief <br />of this Council that it is appropriate to update the permit and inspection fees within the Building <br />Department, and to do so for the next three years. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE Tl ORDAINID BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That there is hereby created a new and revised Chapter 1321 of the <br />Codified Ordinances entitled "Permit and Inspection Fees," which new and revised Chapter 1321 <br />is attached hereto and made a part of hereof and mazked "Exhibit A". <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance hereby repeals the former Chapter 1321 as previously <br />adopted, together with any ordinance or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declazed to be an emergency mea.sure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health and sa.fety of the <br />citizens of North Olmsted and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to cause <br />said rates to go into effect in the year 1995 and further, provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all member of council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />
