CITY OF NOR'IH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 95-04 <br />BY: COUIVCILMAN LIND <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 7?iE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR CLEANING SERVICES FOR VARIOUS <br />MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS, AS DETAILED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS ON <br />FILE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND <br />DECLARING AN IlMEERGENCY. <br />WBEREAS, the necessary specifications, as prepared by the Service <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, are on file; and <br />WIiEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to <br />enter into an Agreement for cleaning services at the Administration <br />Building, the NOMBL Offices, the Recreation Center and the Senior <br />Center. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and be is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for cleaning services for the <br />Arlministration Building, the NOMBL Offices, the Recreation Center, and <br />the Senior Center according to specifications now on file in his office, <br />and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby cieclared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and further, provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED''???
