ARTICLE X <br />10.1 The Chief of Police shall establish a probationary period for all new employees. <br />The probationary period for all Correction Officers shall be twelve (12) months. <br />PROBATIONARY PERIOD NOTIFICATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT: <br />I, , have been advised that the Probationary Period <br />of the North Olmsted Police department is for a period of 12 months and that during this <br />Probationary Period, I have no rights to disciplinary procedures and/or representation <br />under OPBA LABOR CONTRACT.
