CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 72- ~~~ Page 2 Section 4. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single person's rate with either the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans or with the Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan for all secretarial and clerical employees of the Administration Department of the Cfty of North Olmsted. The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's rate, the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Administration Department, the Director of Public Service and the Director of Public Safety, and in the event any full time employee of the Administration Department is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $200.00 per year towards the cost of the family hospitalization plans with either the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plans . Section 5. That all full time employees of the Administration Department shall receive the following holidays off ,unless required to work by the Mayor in emergency, and shall receive regular rate of pay ;New Year's Day ; Memorial Day ;Independence Day ;Labor Day ;Thanksgiving Day ; Christmas Day and the employee's birthday. Section 6. That all full time employees of the Administration Department shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service. Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. Section 7. That the purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the Administration Department and the salaries to be paid, which shall not in any way be construed as limiting the authority of the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, as established by the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. Section 8. That the Clerk ofCouncill~ hereby direct®d to forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Director of Finance immediately upon its passage in order that the Director of Finance can pay the compensation, as hereinabove set forth. Section 9. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances, or resolutions or parts of resolutions, and especially Ordinance No. 72-100, enacted June 20, 1972, incon- sistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 10. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
