<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 72- ~~~ Page 2 <br />Section 4. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single person's rate <br />with either the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans or with the Kaiser <br />Community Health Foundation Plan for all secretarial and clerical employees of the <br />Administration Department of the Cfty of North Olmsted. <br />The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's <br />rate, the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Administration <br />Department, the Director of Public Service and the Director of Public Safety, and in <br />the event any full time employee of the Administration Department is married or is the <br />head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of <br />$200.00 per year towards the cost of the family hospitalization plans with either the <br />Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plans . <br />Section 5. That all full time employees of the Administration <br />Department shall receive the following holidays off ,unless required to work by the <br />Mayor in emergency, and shall receive regular rate of pay ;New Year's Day ; <br />Memorial Day ;Independence Day ;Labor Day ;Thanksgiving Day ; Christmas Day <br />and the employee's birthday. <br />Section 6. That all full time employees of the Administration Department shall <br />be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service. <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. <br />Section 7. That the purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the Administration <br />Department and the salaries to be paid, which shall not in any way be construed as <br />limiting the authority of the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, as established by <br />the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 8. That the Clerk ofCouncill~ hereby direct®d to forward a copy of <br />this Ordinance to the Director of Finance immediately upon its passage in order that <br />the Director of Finance can pay the compensation, as hereinabove set forth. <br />Section 9. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances, or resolutions or parts <br />of resolutions, and especially Ordinance No. 72-100, enacted June 20, 1972, incon- <br />sistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed with the effective <br />date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 10.
