BY; i GITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 72- ~~~ AN ORDINANCE AUTH~ZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH METRO-MEDIA, INC. , FOR THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BLTS LINES ADVERTISING. WHEREAS, the Transporation Committee of Council has been advised by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Lines that the present contract with the Metm-Media, Inc. , expires December 31, 1972, and further the Transporation Committee of Council has been advised advertising of this type is of a specialized nature with Metro-Media, Inc. , being the largest and best advertising company specializing in this type of advertising ; and WHEREAS, the Transporation Committee has recommended to Council that the City enter into a contract with Metro-Media , Inc. , for the advertising for the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Lines ;and WHEREAS, Council, after having been dully advised of all the provisions of the proposed contract between the City of North Olmsted and Metro-Media, Inc. , a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein and marked " Exhibit A ", are of the opinion that it would be to the best interest. of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted sat this contract be entered into. NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio ; Section 1. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Metro-Media, Inc. , for the advertising of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Lines. Section 2. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. PASSED: /'~ ~ ~. /~ 7.2..
