C CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 72- ~~~ BY: ~~ ~ we~~.~. AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART OF THE LAW DEPARTMENT, SETTING FORTH THE COMPLEMENT OF THE LAW DEPARTMENT, AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES OF THE MEMBERS OF THE LAW DEPARTMENT, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 72-72. WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of North Olmsted in Article V, Section 2, provided for a law department to be headed by the Director of Law ;and WHEREAS, Council wishes to adopt Organizational Charts for all employees of the City of North Olmsted for the purposes of identification as to duties performed and remuneration received. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio : Section 1. That the Law Department of the City of North Olmsted, as provided for in Article V, Section 2 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted, is to be headed by the Director of Law, and the employees thereof shall consist of Two (2) Assistant Directors of Law, One (1) who shall serve as Police Prosecutor. Section 2. That the remuneration of the Saw Department shall be as follows Director of Law For 1972 and 1973 $13, 000.00 Annually Effective January 1, 1974 and thereafter Director of Law $14, 500.00 Annually Assistant Director of Law (Civil) 4, 431.00 Annually Assistant Director of Law (Prosecutor) 3, 000.00 Annually In addition, the Prosecutor shall receive an additional compensation in the amount of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) for each Not Guilty P~ he attends to on be- half of the City of North Olmsted. which salaries shall be payable by the Director of Finance bi-weekly. Section 3. That the Director cf F,i~ance be authorized and directed to pay the Director of Law the sum of $6, 330.00 per annum, payable monthly, for secretarial services and other general office expenses, effective April 1, 1972. Section 4.
