<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72- ~1~ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORD <br />PURPOSES ONLY BROOKPARK ROAD EXTENSION <br />AND SPARKY LANE, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Brookpark Road Extension has heretofore been <br />filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to Council ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Brookpark Road Extension contains two (2 a commercially <br />zoned tracts of land and having two streets ;Brookpark Road Extension and Sparky <br />Lane ; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance with the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES~'L,VED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the plat of the Brookpark Road Extension, and Laving been <br />advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the resolutions and <br />ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording <br />purposes only. <br />Section 2. The offering of said plat for appro~ral does not constitute a <br />dedication of the streets shown thereon and the approval of said plat for recording <br />purposes does not constitute an acceptance of the proposed streets thereon as <br />public streets, provided, ho9vever, it being the intention of tha City of North Olmsted <br />to accept the dedication of Broopark Road Extension and Sparky Lane as public streets <br />when all of the improvements have been installed therein in accordance with the <br />requirements of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 3. That Resolution No. 72-127 and any ordinance or parts of <br />ordinances or resolutions or parts of resolutions are hereby repealed with the <br />effective date of this Resolutions. <br />Section 4. That this Resolutions is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the peace, health, safety and welfare of the c#tizens of <br />North Olmsted by virtue of the fact that said construction must begin immediately <br />in order t~ be completed before the onset of winter weather and further for the <br />orderly development of the City of North Olmsted. WHEREFORE, this Resolutions <br />shall be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />PASSED:_ ~1 1~1~ <br />ATTEST: ~ <br />~~~ <br />~JI ~~ <br />Nora T.
