.y CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 72 -,'~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 69-25, ENACTED FEBRUARY 4, 1969, AND ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF SECRETARY OF COMMISSIONS AND PROVIDING COMPENSATION THEREFOR". WHEREAS, Council in Ordinance No. 67-184, establishing the position of secretary to Commissions, and set forth the compensation to be paid said secretary; and WHEREAS, said secretary's duties will be to attend meetings, prepare and type minutes and perform other duties consistent with expediting the duties performed by the various City Boards and Com- missions; and WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the Finance Committee of Council, Council ~~v wishes to increase the compensation to be paid to said secretary. NOW, THEREFORE, B E IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 69-25, now reading as follows: "That the position of secretary to the Commissions of the City of North Olmsted is hereby declared to be a part-time position effec- tive July 1, 1967, and compensation to be paid said secretary to the Commissions shall be as follows: Secretary to the Commissions $ 1, 800.00 to $2, 500.00 Annually w which salary shall be payable by the Director of Finance semi-monthly. " be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1. That the position of secretary to the Commissions of the City of North Olmsted is hereby declared to be a part-time position and the compensation to be paid said secretary to the Commissions shall be as follows: Secretary to the Commissions $1, 800.00 to $2, 500.00 Annually which salary shall be payable by the Director of Finance semi}monthly. In the event the secretary to the Commissions is requested to perform secretarial services for the Citizens Committee on Land Use only in conjunction with, and during the period the 701 Grant of Housing Act of 1954, as amended, and as administered by the Planning Division of the Ohio Department of Development, is in force and payable to the City of North Olmsted as set forth in the application authorized by Resolution No. 72-31 of the City of North Olmsted, she shall receive the additional sum of $2. 83 per hour for the services so performed.
