„gin CITY OF NORTH OLI~TED RESOLUTION N0. ~~f ~~• Mr. RESOLUTION AWARDING AN ISSUE OF $220,000 MUNICIPAL BUS BONDS TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER, AND DECLARING AN URGENCY. WfiIIthAS, on the 10th day of October, 1972, bids were received for the purchase of $220,000 Municipal Bus Bonds authorized by Ordinance No. 72-152, passed September 5, 1972, following due advertisement oP said bonds for public sale in accordance with law, which bids were as follows: Amount oY Bonds Interest Name of Bidder Bid for Rate Premium Bradfoed & Co. 220,000 3 7/8 $ 374.88 Ball, Burge, Kraus 220,000 4 1/8 424.60 Roose, Wade & Co. 220,000 4 1/8 209.00 McDonald & Co. 220,000 4 1/8 46.00 Ryan, Sutherland & Co. 220,000 4 1/4 897.00 The Ohio Co. 220,000 4 1/4 592.00 WH$REAS, the bid of Bradford & C has been determined to be the h gheat bid for said bonds based upon the lowest rate of interest; and NOW, Tf~EREF4RI;, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council oY the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: Section 1. That the aforesaid $220,040 Municipal Bus Bonds authorized by Ordinance No. 72-152, passed September 5, 1972, maturing as provided in said ordinance and bearing interest at the rate oY three and seven-eights ger centum per annum, be and they are hereby awarded and sold toford & Company of Cleveland , Ohio. Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized anal directed to cause said bonds to be printed forthwith and there- upon to have the same executed and delivered, together with a tree transcript of the proceedings authorizing said bonds to said successful bidder upon payment of the par value thereof, plus the aforesaid premium and accrued interest to date of delivery. Section 3. That the Director oY Finance is hereby authorised and directed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County according to law.
