CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 72- ~G ~ PAGE 2 <br />person , including a child, for whom it may present a health <br />or safety hazard. <br />(c) The S:fate Board of Pharmacy shall, pursuant to Ohio R. C. <br />119.01 to 119.13, inclusive, adopt regulations necessary to <br />give effect to this section. (ORC 3719.81 ) <br />(d) Whoever violates subsection (a) hereof shall, for a first <br />offense, be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />Section 2. That any ordnance or parts of ordinances, or resolutions or <br />parts of resolutions, inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance, are here- <br />by repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, safety, <br />health and welfare by virtue of the fact that Section 533.12 prior to this amend- <br />ment is in conflict with the provisions of the State Statutes.
