CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 72-/~d <br />By <br />~. ` <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $30,000 FROM THE SEWER <br />REVENUE FUND FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO SANITARY <br />SEWER LINES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Wastewater Treatment Plant and System is a <br />Public Utility of the City of North Olmstdd; and <br />WHEREAS, The Service Director has recommended to the <br />Finance Committee and to Council that $30,000 be appropriated to <br />pay for repairing sewer lines; and <br />WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that it would be to <br />the best interest of the City of North Olmsted that $30,000 be <br />appropriated in the Sewer Revenue Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That there be appropriated from the Sewer <br />Revenue Fund the sum of $30,000 to cover the cost of repairing <br />sanitary sewer lines in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of <br />the public peace, safety, health and welfare of the City by virtue <br />of the fact that it is necessary to repair sanitary sewer lines and <br />the money must be appropriated immediately, WHEREFORE, this Ordinance <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, <br />oterhwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Section 3.
