.-~ . B$ IT R~GSOLVED by the Council of the City of forth 0]snsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, two-thirds of all the members elected thereto concurring; Section 1. That it is hereby found and determined that the amount of taxes which may be raised by the City of North Olmsted by levies at the maximum rates within the ten-mill limitation will be insufficient to provide an adequate amount for the necessary requirements of this City, and that it is necessary to levy a tax in excess of such limitation for the purpose of improving the storm water drainage system by constructing and enlarging storm sewers and culverts, deepen- ing sad widening ditches and watercourses, and acquiring necessary interests in real estate in connection therewith at the rate of •iIF' mills for a period of five years, camrnencing with a levy on the 1973 tax s and duplicate. Section 2. That the question of an additional tax levy of ~vF mills upon the tax list and duplicate for five years, beginning with the 3 tax list and duplicate and with the first distribution of the proceeds o s levy to this City in the calendar year 197+ ,for the purpose of improving the storm water drainage system by cans~cting and enlarging storm sewers and cul- verts, deepening and widening ditches and watercourses, and acquiring necessary interests in real estate in connections therewith under provisions of Ohio Devised Code Section 5705.19(F) shall be submiitted to the electors of the City of North 07.msted at the general election to be held therein on the 7th day of November, 1972, as authorized by 1.aw, and said election shall be held at the regular places of voting in said City as established by the Board of Flectior~s of Cuyaho~,a County, Ohio, or otherwise, within the time provided by law and sha11 be conducted, can- vassed and certified in the manner provided by law. Section 3. That the form of ballot to be cast at such election on the question of such tax levy shall be substantially as follows; A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage.
