<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-~i~~ <br />BY: ~ A~ ~~.4~~ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND <br />INSTALLATION OF THE C.E.I. SUBSTATION, <br />ROADWAY AND UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL <br />POWER LINES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, plans for the location of the C.E. I. substation, the access <br />road driveway to said substation and underground electrical power lines have been <br />submitted to the Planning Commission of the City of North Olmsted and by them <br />approved and referred to the Building, Zoning and Development Committee of <br />Council ;and <br />WHEREAS, the Building, Zoning and Development Committee of Council <br />has approved the C.E. I. substation, access road driveway and underground <br />electrical power lines and now submits the entire plans to Council for their <br />approval . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That the Council of the City of North Olmsted hereby approves <br />the location of the C.E. I. substation, the access mad driveway and the under- <br />ground electrical power lines, as contained in the plans previously approved by <br />the Planning Commission of the City of North Olmsted and the Building, Zoning <br />and Development Committee of Council. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the additional electrical power is <br />needed within the City of North Olmsted, private residences and for the operation <br />of businesses. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~Z--- <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
