<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 72- ~~, PAGE 3 <br />agent, immediately upon the completion of the test analysis. <br />The person, tested may have a physican, or a qualified technician, <br />chemist, registered nurse or other qualified person of his own <br />choosing administer a chemical test or test in addition to any <br />administered at the direction of a police officer, and shall be <br />so advised . <br />The failure or inability to obtain an additional test by a person <br />shall not preclude the admission of evidence relating to the <br />test taken at the direction of a police officer . <br />Section 2. That any ordinance or parts of ordinances, or resolutions or parts <br />of resolutions, inconsistent frith the provisions of this Ordinance, are hereby repealed <br />with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, safety, health and wel- <br />fare by virtue of the fact that Section 333.01 prior to this amendment is in conflict with <br />the provisions of the State Statutes. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by <br />law . <br />PASSED: ~~[,~-3 <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T .
