<br /> <br />1 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72- ~~.Z.. <br />A RESOLUTION OPPOSING THE RATE INCREASE <br />REQUESTED BY THE EAST OHIO GAS COMPANY. <br />WHEREAS, the East Ohio Gas C ompany has requested permission to <br />increase the rate charged to residential subscribers and said increase is now <br />pending before the Publfc Utilities Commission of Ohio ;and <br />WHEREAS, Council of the City of North Olmsted now wishes to appose <br />any increase in rates for natural gas furnished to the citizens of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of theCfty of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the Council of the City of North Olmsted on behalf ix6 all <br />residence oppose the application now pending before the Public Utilities Commission <br />of Ohio and submitted by the East Ohio GasCompany for authority to increase rates <br />to users of the product supplied by the East Ohio Gas Company. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to mail a copy <br />of this Resolution to the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio in Columbus, O~aio. <br />Section 3.
