:~ CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 72-~©D PAGE 2 That for the Director of Public Service and the Administrative Assistant the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single persons rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Administration Department, and in the event any full time employees of the Administration Department is married or fs the head of the family the City. of forth Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $200.00 per year towards the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single persons hospitalization and family hospitalization plans shall be established by Contract S3YK and 578K, elected officals excluded. Section 5. That all full time employees of the Administration Department shall receive the following holidays off, unless required to work by the Mayor in emergencies, and shall receive rQgaige rate of .pay ;New Year's Day ; Memorial Day ;' Independence Day ;Labor Day ;Thanksgiving Day ;Christmas Day ;and the employee's birthday. Section 6. That all full time employees of the Administration Department shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service . Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service . Section 7. That the purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the Administratiiom- Department and the salaries to be paid, which shall not in any way be construed as limiting the authority of the Mayor for the City of North Olmsted, as esta}~. ished by the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. Section 8. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Director of Finance immediately upon its passage in ord=r that the Director of Finance can. pay the compensation, as hereinabove set forth. Section 8. That all ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions, and especailly Ordinance No. 72-7~ , enacted Jua~e 6, 1972, incon- sistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 10. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservat~+~r= of the public peace, safety, health and and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the Director of Public Safety is needed immediately for the benefit of the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted.
