Repairing roadway berms on uncurbed pavements.. <br />2, Clearing and repairing culverts and drainage systems. <br />3, Repairing and maintaining. road surface. <br />4. Mowing weeds on berms on uncurbed pavements. <br />5. Repairing andinstalling guardrails. <br />6. Installing and repairing road signs and warning signs. <br />7. Pavement markings conforming to Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic <br />Control Devices and approved by the County Traffic Engineer. <br />8. NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the Council of the CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, State of Ohio: <br />SECTION 1: That it is declared to be of .public interest that <br />the consent. of the Municipality be and such consent is hereby given to <br />the enumerated maintenance and repair operations on the above mentioned <br />road(s), between the termini aforesaid, on and after April 17, 1972 and <br />until this Ordinance is superseded, by the Board of County Commissicners <br />of Cuyahoga County. <br />-1 - <br />
