~~~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 72-~~ <br />PAGE 2 <br />(B) The Director of Public Safety ,upon being satisfied that the <br />Applicant still possesses the necessary qualifications set <br />forth herein, and further that the Applicant during the pre- <br />ceding year has received a certificate, from the Executive <br />Director of the Ohio Peace Officers Training Council, at- <br />testing that he or she has satisfactorily completed a basic <br />course for police officer, as required by O.R. C. 109.77 , <br />may renew the Private Police Commf s sion upon the expi- <br />ration of the one (1) year period upon receiving a renewal <br />fee of Five Dollars ($5.00) for the one (1) year renewal <br />period. <br />Section 2.
