Section 2 : That the Director of Finance of the City of North Opted is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in ~vance on such asssssm~ts for the period 1a 72 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $1,79b.~ said parcel. Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Section ~;: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to !~ an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public pasts, hwa~rlth and welfare of the Clty of ttcarth Olmsted, and such a~aargaa-cy a~cists by virtue o' the narcessity of cancelling the spacial assessments on Perrnr~ent Parcel Mo. 235-8-38 ,for sidewalk construction.
