NOW, TNii`REfORE, lisE IT ORt1AlNEi) by the Counc i 1 of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio; Section l; That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1~7 2 fi~e~'*~ inclusive as~~ssments in full for, construction of sidewalks. Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted is herei~y authorised and directed to re~rive payment in advance cm such assessments for the period l~ 72 ~~~ inclusive, amounting to $155.6?on said parcel. Suction 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Section t,.: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public paac:, health and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency eaxists by virtue c~ the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel po,238-18-34 ~ 90 forsidewalk construction.
