<br />•q:',. .. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72- „~a <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVEI~TiSE FOR BIDS <br />FOR RECAPPING OF TIRES FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE <br />EQUIPMENT OF THE CITY FIR THE YEAR 1972, <br />AS DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS <br />ON FILE IN HIS OFFICE. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids far the recapping of tires for the automotive <br />equipment of the City for the year 1972, as determined by the Director of <br />Public Service in accordance with the specifications on file in his office, <br />and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized <br />to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 2. BEFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: ~ y~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
