N ~ "'~ ~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 72- '~~ <br />BY: i /1~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANC£ AMENDING THE ZONE MAP <br />ADOPTED AS PART ~F ORDINANCE NO. 62-33 <br />( KNOWN AS THE ZONING COD~.OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED) BY CHANGING THE <br />DESIGNATION THEREON AS GENERAL RETAIL <br />DISTRICT TO B RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of <br />Ohio <br />Sectfon'1. That the Official Zone Map~° of the C ity of North Olmsted adopted <br />a s part of Ordinance No . 6 2 - 3 3 (known a s the Zoning Code of the City of North <br />Olmsted) be amended by changing ghe designation thereon of the parcel of land <br />described by metes and bounds as follows <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State <br />of Ohio and known as being part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. <br />10, Tract No. 6 and being bounded and described as follows <br />Beginning at a mint in the Westerly .line of Christman Drive (60 feet <br />wide) at its intersection with the Northerly line of Sublot 89 in Bretton <br />Ridge Subdivision No. 1 as shown on plat recorded in Volume 190, Page <br />77 of Cuyahoga County Map Records ;thence, North 84° 22' 38" West <br />along the Northerly line of said Sublot 89 a distance of 155.00 feet ; <br />thence, North 5° 37' 22" East 160.00 feet ;thence, North 28° 57' 31" <br />East 92.57 feet ;thence, North 84° 22' 38" West 64.56 feet ;thence, <br />North 0 ° 13' 41" East 14.4 7 feet to the Southwesterly corner of land <br />conveyed to Donald F. Gladwin and Helen G. Gladwin and its North- <br />easterly prolongation 126.79 feet to its intersection with the Westerly <br />line of Christman Drive ;thence, South 7° 50' 20" West along the <br />Westerly line of Christman Drive 5.85 feet to a point of curvature ; <br />thence, 105.47 feet along the arc of a circle deflecting to the right <br />having a chord of 105.10 feet bearing South 16° i0' Ol" West having <br />a radius of 362.80 feet to a point of reverse curvature ;thence, 12~. 24 <br />feet along the arc of a circle deflecting to the left having a chord of <br />125.69 feet bearing South 15° 3' 32" West having a radius of 383.31 <br />feet to a point of tangency ;thence, South 5° 37' 22" West along the <br />Westerly line of Christman Drive 110.00 feet to the place of beginning. <br />from its present designation thereon as General Retail District to B Residence District. <br />Section 2. That the actual amendalent be made on the Official Zone Map <br />of the City of North Olmsted to reflect the change set forth in Section."1 herein. <br />
