CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 72-.,~~ PAGE 2 the Director of Public Service to immediately contact the recipient of the Systems Pass requesting that said pass be surrendered to the Director of Public Service, who shall then destroy said pass. In the event that the Systems Pass is not re- linquished or that it is not available the drivers of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be advised not to honor said Systems Pass. Said Systems Pass shall be designed in such a manner that a photograph of the retired employee can be permanently affixed thereto. Section 4. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward a copy of this Ordinance to the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line with instructions that same be posted in a conspicuous manner in order that all drivers of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line can become aware of all its directives. The Clerk of Council is further instructed to forarard a copy of this Ordinance to the Director of Public Service in order that the Director of Public Service can establish the procedure necessary to put the Systems Pass in operation according to the directives con- tained within this Ordinance. Section 5. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
