~:. <br />BY• ~~~ /,~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 72-~ f <br />~.... <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP <br />ADOPTED AS PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 62-33 <br />( KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED) BY CHANGING THE <br />DESIGNATION THEREON OF CERTAIN LAND <br />FROM THE PRESENT DESIGNATIONS THEREON <br />AS MIXED USE DISTRICT TO GENERAL RETAIL <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of <br />Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the Official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted adopted <br />as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Code of the City of North <br />Olmsted) be amended by metes and bounds as follows : <br />Parcel No. 1 <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of <br />Ohio :and known as being part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 8, <br />bounded and described as follows <br />Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Lorain Road, 60 feet <br />wide, with the center line of Hall Road, 60 feet wide ;thence South 59° <br />53' West along said center line of Lorain Road, 1049.22 feet ;thence <br />North 28° 47' West 30, O1 feet to the Northerly line of Lorain Road ;thence <br />South 59° 53' West along said Northerly line of Lorain Road, 25.005 feet <br />to the Westerly line of Coe Avenue, proposed, 50 feet wide, and the <br />prinbipal place of bei~inning of premises herein intended to be described ; <br />thence South 59° 53' West along said Northerly line of Lorain Road, 73.78 <br />feet ;thence North 17° 10' 04" West 192.66 feet ;thence North 70° 52' <br />East 45 feet to the Westerly line of Coe Avenue, proposed,; thence South <br />20° 14' S0" East along Westerly line of Coe Avenue, proposed , 63.26 feet <br />to an angle ;thence South 28° 47' East along said Westerly line of Coe <br />Avenue, proposed, 116.88 feet to the principal place of beginning, and <br />being further known as Sub Lot No. 8 in Leon M.
