WHEREAS, on the 15th day of February, 1972, bids were received for the purchase of $410,000 Sewer Improvement Bonds authorized by Ordinance No. 72-8, passed January 18, 1972, following due advertisement of said bonds for public sale in accordance with law, which bids were as fo]1ows: mount of Bonds Name of Bidder Bid For Interest Rate Premium McDonald & Co. $1+10,000 5 1/8 586. Ball, Burge & Krause 5 1/4 692.90 ,S Ohio Company 5 1/4 469.. WHEREAS, the bid for McDonald & Company has been determined to be the highest bid or said bonds based upon the lowest rate of interest; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: Section 1. That the aforesaid $1+10,000 Sewer Improvement Bonds author- ized by Ordinance No. 72-8, passed January 18, 1972, maturing as provided in said ordinance and bearing interest at the rate of fi~,p ~n~na m3gl~rh. per 'cez;um p um, be and theyoare ~r~by awarded and $OOhiO.~ Mrnnnal a rnmpariy Section 2. That the Director ~f Finance be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause said bonds to be minted forthwith and thereupon to have the same executed and delivered, together with a true transcript of the proceed- ings authorizing said bonds to said suc,~essful bidder upon pa~+ment of the par value thereof, plus the aforesaid premi~t and accrued interest to date of delivery. Section 3. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to certify a copy of this resolution ~b the Auditor of Cuyahoga County according to law. -.. ... ...
