<br />er~:~.:t <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0.72-~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING A PETTY CASH FUND <br />FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO FEED PRISONERS <br />IN THE NORTH OLMSTED JAIL. <br />WHEREAS, the Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee has recommended <br />that a cash fund be created to feed the prisoners who are in the North Olmsted jail ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee of Council has concurred with the Public <br />Safety, Health and Welfare Committee ;and <br />WHEREAS, said fund would be replenished by the Finance Department as is <br />needed ; and <br />WHEREAS, Council is now of the opinion that it would be for the best interest <br />of the City of North Olmsted to have a petty cash fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, S~bate of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That there is hereby established a petty cash fund in the amount <br />of $50.00. That said fund is to be known as the North Olmsted Prisoner Feeding <br />Fund, and said fund shall be a permanent fund replenished by the Finance Department <br />as needed. <br />Section 2. That Council hereby directs that a copy of this Ordinance be <br />delivered to the Finance Director in order to pay the necessary funds to the Police <br />Department for the feeding of prisoners. <br />Section 3. WHEREFORE, 'Cihhis Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />according to Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: ~~ ,~.~ aZ/ 11,7_•Z~ ___ <br />ATTEST: <br />G%~L*~C.it~ <br />Nora T.
