C CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 72- ~~j BY• A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF THE POOL OWNED BY HARRY L. & MARGARET A. GEIGER, 28429 LORAIN ROAD, NORTH OLMSTED, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 71-110, ENACTED JULY 6, 1971. WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted is anxious to provide recreational opportunities for the citizens of North Olmsted ;and WHEREAS, Harry L. & Margaret A. Geiger, 28429 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, have offered the use of a p®ol located at the abovementioned address in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in an Agreement, marked Exhibit " A ", and attached hereto ;and WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted is financially unable to provide a pool for the use of its citizens and their children enrolled in the North Olmsted recreational program . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio Section. 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement, attached hereto and marked Exhibit " A " ,with Harry L. & Margaret A. Geiger for the use of their pool located at 28429 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. Section 2. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Resolution, an especially Resolution No. 71-110, enacted July 6, 1971, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Resolution. Section 3. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the CharEer of the City of North Olmsted.
