That Ordinance No. 71-35, enacted March 2, 1971, and any other <br />ordinances or resolutions, parts of ordinances or parts of resolution inconsistent with <br />the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed with the effective dale of this <br />Ordinance . <br />Section 4. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to foward a copy of <br />this Ordinance to the Director of Finance immediately upon its passage. <br />Section 5.
