WBBREAS, this Council on December 7, 1971 passed Ordinance No. 71-3.67 levy- ing special assessments for the improvement of Bradley Road and certain other streets and easements by constructing sanitary sewers; and WAEREAS, it has subseguent3,y been determined that certain clerical errc~s were made in the list of the estimated assessments adopted and confirmed by said ordinance due to errors in computing property dimensions, which were not reflected in the list of final assessments; and WHEREAS, this Council deems it necessary to have the list of final assess- ments revised before certification to the County Auditor to reflect the correc- tion of these clerical errc:rs and also to delete Pram such list the amouu~.ts assessed against property awned by the City, which amounts are to be included in the City's share of the cost of said improvement; NOW, THERE'F'ORE, BE IT ORDA33VE'D by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 71-167, passed December 7, 1971, levying special assessments for the improvement of Bradley Road and certain other streets and easements by constructing sanitary sewers (Contract No. 16) be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 1. That the revised assessments to pay the property owners' portion of the cost and expense of improving the following streets and public easements within the City of North Olmsted by con- structing sanitary sewers, sewer curb connections and necessary ap- purtenances, including necessary street resurfacing and restoration of drainage facilities: a. Bradley Road from the proposed sewage lift station to be constructed on City-owned property 52 feet east of the easterly line of Bradley Road and 544 feet northeast of Barton Road, thence southwesterly a distance of 3229 feet; b. Bradley Road frcxn the proposed lift station mentioned in (a), thence northerly a distance of 507 feet; c. Barton Road from a point 2120 feet northwest of Bradley Road, southeasterly a distance of 4194 feet to a point approximately 178 feet northwest of the centerline of Lorain Road. d. Barton Road from a point 1200 feet north of the southerly corporation line of the City of North Olmsted, thence southerly to said corporation line. -,~.~~. .
