<br />'A RESOLUTION COMMENDING ARTHUR H.
<br />JOHNS, JR. ON THE ACHIEVEMENT OF
<br />THE EAGLE AWARD.
<br />WHEREAS, Council has been apprised that the Eagle Award
<br />will be presented to Arthur H. Johns, Jr., 4793 Cars ten Lane, North
<br />Olmsted, Ohio, on February 4, 1972, at an Eagle Court of Honor to be
<br />held at Pine School, and
<br />WHEREAS, said Arthur H. Johns, Jr, has attained the rank
<br />of Tenderfoot in October, 1967, Second Class in June, 1968, First
<br />Class in October, 1968, Star in November, 1969, Life in October, 1970,
<br />and Eagle in September, 1971, and
<br />WHEREAS, said Arthur H. Johns, Jr. has served as ]~sistant
<br />Patrol Leader, Patrol Leader, Senior Patrol Leader and Junior Assistant
<br />Scoutmaster, and
<br />WHEREAS, said Arthur H. Johns, Jr. is a Member of the Order
<br />of the Arrow, and
<br />WHEREAS, said Arthur H. Johns, Jr. is a confirmed Member
<br />of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, and
<br />WHEREAS, the reception of the Eagle Scout Award by this
<br />deserving and outstanding youth is a noteworthy accomplishment deserving
<br />of the accolade of the entire community;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
<br />North Olmsted, Ohio:
<br />Section 1. That this Council extends its heartiest congratula-
<br />tions and best wishes to Arthur H. Johns, Jr. and to his parents.
<br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby
<br />requested to transmit a copy of this Resolution to Arthur H. Johns, Jr.
