<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72- 9 <br />BY• ~~r~- <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />TO ACCEPT REAL PROPERTY TO BE DEEDED <br />TO THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AS A <br />CONSEQUENCE OF "CLUSTER ZONING ". <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted has "Cluster Zoning " a result of <br />which a developer deeds property to the City for recreational or school purposes ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the developer of Sandy Ridge Subdivision Nos., 9,10,11 and 12 <br />now wishes to deed property to the City of North Olmsted, which property is a <br />consequence of "Cluster Zoning " ;and <br />WHEREAS, Council now wishes to accept the real property resulting from <br />the above developer. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted is authorized to <br />accept approximately three and eight-tenths (3 8/10) acres of land, further <br />known as Permanent Parcel 232-3-33 ; Permanent Parcel 232-3- 31 and Permanent <br />Parcel 232-3-30, all parcels are located in the vicinity of Porter Road The <br />Mayor previously having accepted Block A in the Walter Maple Subdivision by <br />Resolution No. 70-82 as part of the lands due the City of North Olmsted for <br />Sandy Ridge Subdivision Nos . 9 , 10 ,11 and 12 . <br />Section 2. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: ~~~ ~~i~-- <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
