That it is hereby determrl.ned to proceed with the construction of <br />concrete sidewalks at thaw locations on 'nest Fork Tlrive, North Pic Drive and. <br />Root Roads specified in Resolution No. 71-112, adopted July 6, 1971, where the <br />PAY owners did not construct sidewalks pursuant to the optioan contained in <br />sand resolution. <br />Section 2. That said sidewalks sha].1 be constructed in accordance with the <br />provisions of Resolution No. 71-172, adapted July 6, 1971, and with the plans, <br />specifications, estimates and profiles heretofore approved and now on file 3xt the <br />office of the C7:erk of Council. <br />Section 3. Sub~eet to the provisions of Section 7'27.24, Revised Code, the <br />Mayar~ of the City is hereby authorized and directed as sot3n as the funds therefor <br />are available to make and execute a contract for said ~am~Provement with the lcerest <br />and best bidder after advertising according to 7.aw and the imp t sha11 be <br />financed as provided in the resolution of necessity, <br />Section ~+. The Clerk of Council is hereby directed to deliver a certified <br />copy of this ordinance to the County Auditor within ,fifteen days after its passage. <br />Section 5. This ordirianoe is hereby declared to be an emergency m®asuxe <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the pubiie peace, health and safety <br />of said City and for the further reason that the 3mteediate construction of said <br />sidewalks is necessary to ®limiwate existing hazards to pedestrians using said <br />streets; wherefore, this ordnance shall, be in full force and effect from and im- <br />mediately after its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ ~ ~-- <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
