~4.:,r <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 72 - 2 <br />BY • ,~~ <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE AUDITOR OF CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY TO PAY TO THE CITY OF NORTH OLl4STED, <br />DURING THE YEAR 1972, ALL TAX MONEY DUE AND <br />OWING SAID CITY FROM ANY COLLECTION 50URCE, <br />AND DECLAAIING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the County Auditor be and he is hereby <br />requested to pay to the City of North Olmsted, cl!uring the year 1972 <br />all tax money due and owing to said City from any and all tax collection <br />sources. <br />Section 2. That an attested copy of this resolution shall be <br />immediately forwarded to the County Auditor. <br />Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health, safety and general welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and <br />such emergency exists by virtue of the immediate necessity of requesting <br />payment to the City of North Olmsted of tax money belonging to said City' <br />from any and all sources distributed by the County Auditor in accordance <br />to law, all for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and general welfare of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 4.
