>> -~~ y o <br />FISCAL tIE~R' S CERTIFICATE <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />December 7, 1971 <br />TO THE COUIQCIL OF' TEE CITY OF NOF~TH OIMSTED, OSLO: <br />The undersigned, as fiscal officer of the City of forth Olmsted, <br />Ohio, as defined by Revised Code Section 133.Q1, hereby certifies in <br />connectioa~ with your pro~aosed issue of notes and bonds fox the purpose <br />of P~nB the P~-Pe~Y o~aers' portion of the cost of improving eertedn <br />streets in the Bretton Ridge Subdivisioa by canstracting concrete side- <br />walks in accordance with Resolution Pio. 70-126, adopted July 2l, 1970, <br />as follows: <br />1. That the estimated life of said sidewalk improvement is hereby <br />certified to be at least five years. <br />2. That the maufmucn maturity of such bonds calculated in accordance <br />with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the wised Code is twrsnty years, <br />but by reason of the fact that the assessments to pay the property owners' <br />portion of the cost of said improvement will be levied for five yews, <br />the maximum maturity of such bonds may not exceed five years. <br />3. The maximum maturity of notes now proposed to be issued 3xi <br />anticipation of such bonds may not exceed five yews from the date of <br />issuance of the original note, to wit : Decanber 28, 1875, if sold publicly, <br />or one year if sold at private sale. <br />A]1 of which is respectf'ul.l.y submitted, <br />• ~~ <br />r d nauQe <br />City of north Olmsted <br />
