«,~ , <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. ~ ' ~~ <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING MICHAEL GALLAGHER <br />ON THE ACHIE~T OF THE EAGLE SCE'~IT AWARD <br />WHEREAS; Council has been appraised that the Eagle Award <br />will be presented to Michael Gallagher, 5477 Decker Rd., North 01a~sted, <br />Ohio, on December 6th, 1971, at an Eagle Court of Honor to be held <br />at the Community Cabin, and <br />WHEREAS, said Michael Gallagher has attained the rank of <br />Tenderfoot in February, 1968; Second Class, July, 19b8; 1st Class, <br />September, 1968; Star in August, 1969; Life in June, 1970; and now <br />Eagle on December 6th, 1971, of Troop 664, and <br />WHEREAS, said Michael Gallagher is a member of the order of <br />the Arrow, and <br />WHEREAS, Said Michael Gallagher is a member of the Ascension <br />Lutheran Church, and <br />WHEREAS, the reception of the Eagle. Scout Award by this <br />deserving and outstanding youth is noteworthy accomplishment <br />deserving of the accolade of the entire community, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Council extends its heartiest con- <br />gratulations and best wishes to Michael Gallagher and to his parents. <br />Section 2.
