CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 71- ~~/ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 71-125 ENACTED AUGUST 30, 1971, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 71-97, ENACTED JUNE 15, 1971, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 71-23, ENACTED FEBRUARY 16, 1971, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 69-216, ENACTED DECEMBER 17, 1969, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 67-245, ENACTED OCTOBER 17, 1967, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 67-144, ENACTED JUNE 20, 1967, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 63-158, ENACTED JULY 16, 1963, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE N0. 65-212, ENACTED SEPTEMBER 7, 1965, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FIifING THE RATES OF FARE FOR TRANS- PORTATION SERVICE ON THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE ON AND AFTER OCTOBER 1, 1971" , AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Council having been advised by the Transportation Commit- tee that certain rates of fare for transportation service on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line should be adjusted; and WHEREAS, Council has determined that it would be to the best interests of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted that certain fare rate adjustments be made for transportation service on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line as recommended by the Transportation Committee. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1. That Section 1, of Ordinance No. 71-125 enacted August 30, 1971 presently reading as follows: "Summer Special" provisions, to be effective during the period beginning July 1, 1971, and continuing through September 30, 1971, only, after which date said provisions will automatically be repealed, and the rates as set forth in Ordinance No. 71-23 shall be automatically in full force and effect.
