AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 71-97, ENACTED JUNE 15, 1971, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 71-23, ENACTED FEBRUARY 16, 1971, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 69-216, ENACTED DECEMBER 17, 1969, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 67- 245, ENACTED OCTOBER 17, 1967, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 67-144, ENACTED JUNE 20, 1967, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 63-158, ENACTED JULY 16, 1963, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE N0. 65-212, ENACTED SEPTEMBER 7, 1965, EN'PITLED "AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE RATES OF FARE FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE ON THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE ON AND AFTER JULY 1, 1971," AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Council has been advised by the Transportation Com- mittee that certain rates of fare for transportation service on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line should be adjusted for the period from July 1, 1971 through September 30, 1971, to stimulate rider parti- cipation during this normal vacation period, said fare adjustment to be known as "The North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line - Summer Special", and WHEREAS, Council has determined that it would be to the best interests of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted that certain rates of fare for transportation service on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line should be adjusted for the period from July 1, 1971 through September 30, 1971, to stimulate rider participation during this normal vacation period, said fare adjustment to be known as "The North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line - Summer Special", as recommended by the Transporta- tion Committee. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 71-23 enacted February 16, 1971, presently reading as follows: ADULTS CHILDREN (Under 12) ZONE A (North Olmsted) - County Line to North Olmsted Park To Cleveland $ .75 $ .40 To West 140th Street .50 .30 Local .40 .25 To Fairview Park .45 .30 ZONE B (North Olmsted) - North Olmsted Park to Clague Road To Cleveland .70 .35 To West 140th Street .45 .30 Local .40 .25 To Fairview Park .40 .25 ZONE C (Fairview Park) - Clague Road to Cleveland To Cleveland .65 .35 West 140th Street .40 .25 Local .40 .25 ZONES A, B & C School tokens - $.25 each, purchased ten (10) at a time honored Monday through Friday 6:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., during regular school year only.
