<br />Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 69-56, passed April 1, 1969, as
<br />amended by Ordinance ~To. 71-7, passed January 19, 1971, which now reads as follows:
<br />"Section 3. That for the purposes provided in Section 2 hereof,
<br />there is hereby levied and charged upar each lot, parcel of land or
<br />premises having cri' required to have a connection with the Systee, or
<br />otherrrtse discharging sewage, industrial wastes, water or other liquids,
<br />either directly or ctly into the Systexe, sewer charges payable
<br />as hereinafter provided and in aiarounts to be determined as fo11c»ts :
<br />(a) For premises supplied by metered publ~tc a wrr~; l~'~:~the
<br />following rates shall apply to be caerputed on. the basis of
<br />water coasum~,ition as measured by such water meter, to-wit:
<br />$7.85 for the first 1000 feet of any portion thereof of
<br />water e d gar quarter, and at a rate of $7.85 for each
<br />1000 cubic Feet of water consumed thereafter, but not less
<br />than $a+.75 per gvarGsr. In addition thereto, there shall
<br />be paid $.25 per billing for each quarter billing made by
<br />the City of Clerreland Utnter Department to the preeti.ses be3.ng
