<br />ORDINANCE FIXING THE RATES OF FARE FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
<br />ON THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE ON AND AFTER Jt3'LY
<br />i,, 1971, ~~ ~D DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br />WHEREAS, Council has been advised by the Transportation Com-
<br />mittee that certain rates of fare for transportation service on the
<br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line should be ad3usted for the period
<br />from July 1, 1971 through August 31, 1971, to stimulate rider garti-
<br />cipation during this normal vacation period, said fare adjustment to
<br />be known as "The North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line - Summer Special", and
<br />WHEREAS, Council has determined that it would be to the best
<br />interests of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted that certain
<br />rates of fare for transportation service on the North Olmsted Municipal
<br />Bus Line should be adjusted for the period from July 1, 1971 through
<br />August 31, 1971, to stimulate rider participatiupt during this normal
<br />vacation period, said fare adjustment to be known as "The North Olmsted
<br />Municipal Bus Line - Summer Special", as recommended by the Transporta-
<br />tion Committee.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
<br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio:
<br />Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 71-23 enacted February
<br />16, 1971, presently reading as follows:
