CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION N0. 71-96 BY ~~ . ~/rf~"' A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR A STUDY AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR A GARAGE IN THE NORTH OLMSTED LAND FILL AREA OF COLUMBIA ROAD IN 'THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. ,¢,. .,.: Amended 12-21-71 WHEREAS, the Service Department has advised Council that a new Service Department area is greatly needed in order to facilitate the maintenance and repair of Service Department equipment; and WHEREAS, Council having had this problem under consideration now wishes to initiate the preparation of plans and specifications for a service garage for the Service Department of the City of North Olmsted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section~l. That the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted is hereby authorized and directed to hire a consulting engineer for a study and preparation of plans and specifications for the proposed Service Department. garage and service area in the North Olmsted Land Fill Area ~d to enter into a contract with the said consulting engineer for the services to be performed. Section 2. That the Clerk of Council, upon passage and the effective date of this Resolution, is directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Director of Finance. Section 3.
