,~ ~ CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 71- -J~ BY: ~0 ~,~,~~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED AS PART OF ORDINANCE NO, 62-33, (KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ~ BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION THEREON OF CERTATN LAND FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION THEREON AS GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT TO CLASS A HI-RISE RESIDENTIAL.. DISTRICT. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio Section 1. That the Official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33, (known as the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted) be amended by changing the designation thereon of the parcel of land described by metes and bounds as follows : Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Olmsted Town- ship Lot No. 21, Tract No. 6 and bounded and described as follows Beginning at a point on the center line of Lorain Road (formerly Coe Ridge Road) as originally established as 60.00 feet wide, at its intersection with the center line of Porter Road, as monumented and established, as 60.00 feet wide ; thence North 51° 44' 00" East, along the center line of Lorain Road, as aforesaid 1121.51 feet to a point; thence due North 315.50 feet to a point, said point being the principal place of beginning for the parcel of land herein described ; thence due West, 322.94 feet to a point ; thence due North , 914.51 feet to a point on the center Line of MiII Road, 40.00 feet wide ; thence South 78° 12' S2" East, along the center line of M11 Road, as aforesaid, 329.85 feet to a point ; thence due South 849, 76 feet to theprincipal place of beginning , be the same mare or less, but subject to all legal highways, and together with aright-of-way easement over the following described premises Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Olmsted Town- ship Lot No. 21, Tract No. 6, and bounded and described as follows Beginning at a point on the centerline of Lorain Road (formerly Coe Ridge Road ), as originally established as 60.00 feet wide, and the centerline of Porter Road, as monumented and established as 6~. 00 feet wide ;thence North 51° 44' 00" East, along the centerline of Lorain Road, as aforesaid, a distance of 1121.51 feet to a point, said point being the principal place of beginning for the parcel of land herein described ;thence due North 315.50 feet to a point ;thence due West, 30.00 feet to a point ;thence due South 339..16 feet to a point on the centerline of Lorain Road, as aforesaid ; thence North 51° 44' 00" East, along said centerline of Lorain Read, 38.21 feet to the principal place of beginning and containing 0.22543 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. from its present designation thereon as General Retail Business District to Class A Hi-Rise Residential District.
