,~ ~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 71- -J~ <br />BY: ~0 ~,~,~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED <br />AS PART OF ORDINANCE NO, 62-33, (KNOWN AS THE <br />ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ~ BY <br />CHANGING THE DESIGNATION THEREON OF CERTATN <br />LAND FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION THEREON AS <br />GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT TO CLASS A <br />HI-RISE RESIDENTIAL.. DISTRICT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That the Official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted <br />adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33, (known as the Zoning Code of the City <br />of North Olmsted) be amended by changing the designation thereon of the parcel <br />of land described by metes and bounds as follows : <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Olmsted Town- <br />ship Lot No. 21, Tract No. 6 and bounded and described as follows <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Lorain Road (formerly Coe <br />Ridge Road) as originally established as 60.00 feet wide, at its <br />intersection with the center line of Porter Road, as monumented and <br />established, as 60.00 feet wide ; thence North 51° 44' 00" East, <br />along the center line of Lorain Road, as aforesaid 1121.51 feet to a <br />point; thence due North 315.50 feet to a point, said point being the <br />principal place of beginning for the parcel of land herein described ; <br />thence due West, 322.94 feet to a point ; thence due North , 914.51 <br />feet to a point on the center Line of MiII Road, 40.00 feet wide ; <br />thence South 78° 12' S2" East, along the center line of M11 Road, <br />as aforesaid, 329.85 feet to a point ; thence due South 849, 76 feet <br />to theprincipal place of beginning , be the same mare or less, but <br />subject to all legal highways, and together with aright-of-way <br />easement over the following described premises <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Olmsted Town- <br />ship Lot No. 21, Tract No. 6, and bounded and described as follows <br />Beginning at a point on the centerline of Lorain Road (formerly Coe <br />Ridge Road ), as originally established as 60.00 feet wide, and the <br />centerline of Porter Road, as monumented and established as 6~. 00 <br />feet wide ;thence North 51° 44' 00" East, along the centerline of <br />Lorain Road, as aforesaid, a distance of 1121.51 feet to a point, said <br />point being the principal place of beginning for the parcel of land <br />herein described ;thence due North 315.50 feet to a point ;thence <br />due West, 30.00 feet to a point ;thence due South 339..16 feet to <br />a point on the centerline of Lorain Road, as aforesaid ; thence <br />North 51° 44' 00" East, along said centerline of Lorain Read, 38.21 <br />feet to the principal place of beginning and containing 0.22543 acres <br />of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br />from its present designation thereon as General Retail Business District to <br />Class A Hi-Rise Residential District. <br />
