Ordinance No. ~l_~~ Pa€e. 2. Ohio Revised Code to use a publ~.c highway. Any existinf; rule or regulation so restricting road usage is hereby rescinded. Section 5. (Traffic Control Signals and Devices) That traffic control signals will not be installed on the project t-~ithout prior approval by the County and the Director of highways, State of Ohio, and the Municipality will place and maintain all traffic control devices conforming to the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Coatr.oi Devices on the i_r.Sralla*ion project in compliance with the provisions of Section 4511.11 and related sections of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 6. (Utility Rearrangement) (a) That arrangements shall be made with and agreements obtained from all public utility companies whose facilities will be affected by the said installation project and said companies s}rall agree to make any and all necessary rearrangements of facilities in such a manner as to be clear of any construction called for by the plans of said improvement and said companies shall agree to make such necessary rearrangements immediately after notification by said i•Sunicipality or the County of Cuyahoga. (b) That it is hereby agreed that the Municipality shall at its own expense .make all rearrangements of both municipally o~tm ed and privately owned utilities and/or any appurtenances thereto, as may be necessary to conform to the said installation project and said rearrangements shall he done at such time as requested by the County. (c) That the construction, reconstruction and/or rearrangement of both publicly and privately owned utilities, referred to in sub- sections (a) and (b) above, shall be done in such a manner as not to interfere unduly ~~*ith the operation of the contractor install- ing the project and all bac}cfilling of trenches made necessary by such utility rearrangements shal_1 be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Department of Highways Construction and Material Specifications and shall be subject to approval by the County. Section 7.
