AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART OF THE LAW DEPARTMENT, SETTI1vG FORTH THE COMPLEMENT OF THE LAW DEPARTMENT, AND ES- TABLISHING THE SAL~FtTES OF TIE MEMBERS OF THE LAW DEPARTMENT, AATD REPEALII3G ORDINANCE NO. 69-53, ENACTED MARCH 4, I969, AND AECLA,RING AN EMERGENCY . WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of North Olmsted in Article V, Section 2, provided for a L~wv Department to he headed the the Director of Law ;and WHEREAS, Council wishes to adopt Organizational Charts for all employees in the City of North Olmsted for the purposes of identification as to duties performed and remuneration received. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio Section 1. That the Law Department of the City of North Olmsted, as provided for in Article V, Section 2 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted, is to be headed by the Director of Law, and the employees thereof shall sonsist of Two (2) Assistant Directors of Law, One (1) who shall serve as Police Prosecutor. Section 2. That the remuneration of the Law Department shall be as follows Director of Law For 1971 $lI, 000.00 Annually Effective January 1,1972 and thereafter : Director of Law $13, 000.00 Annually Assistant Director of Law (Civil) $ 4, 200.00 Annually Assistant Director of Law ( Prosecutor) $ 2, 400.00 Annually In addition, the Prosecutor shall receive an<<additional compensation in the amount of $ 12.00 for each Not Guilty Plea he attends to on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. which salaries shall be payable by the Director of Finance semi-monthly. Section 3. That the Director of Fiance be authorized and directed to pay the Director of Law the sum of $6, 000.00 per annum, payable monthly, for secretarial services and other general office expenses , effective April 1, 1971. Section 4. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 69-53, enacted March 4, 1969, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance . ..
