That upon the appointment of a new driver he shall be allowed the sum of $75.00 for .uniforms and accessories for the first year of such appointment. F. That all bus driving employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the General Manager. In the event the employee works on one of the following holidays the employee shall re- cei,~e another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows :New Year's Day ; Memorial Day ;Independence Day ; Labor Day ;Thanksgiving F3ay; Christmas Day ;and the employee's birthday. G. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Lines shall be furnished, at no cost to the employees, Accident and Health Insurance, which insurance shall pay the employee in the event he is unable to work as a result of an accident or ill health, in the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00 ) per week. Said insurance shall also have accidential and death benefits with the principal sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1, 500.00) . The North Olmsted Mur~cipal Bus Line shall pay the full amount, single persons rate, of the hospital- ization cost for unmarried full time employees, and in the event the full time employee is married or is the head of a family, the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall contribute an additional sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per year towards the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross Hospital- ization and Medical Mutual, both single persons hospitalization and family hospitalization plans shall be established by Contract 52YK and Contract 57ZK. H. That all full time bus driving employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service. Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. Section 2. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 70-174, effective November 4, 1970, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to forward copies of this Ordinance to the Service Director of the City of North Olmsted and the General Manager of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. Section 4. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
